Pam And A Bucket is a Certified Women‑owned Cleaning Service proudly serving West Michigan’s Lakeshore communities since 2010. What began as a one‑woman operation with a single cleaning caddy has grown into a trusted, multi‑location business known for reliability, integrity, and genuine care.
Today, we operate from two locations — Norton Shores and Shelby, Michigan — allowing us to efficiently serve homes, rentals, and businesses along the Lake Michigan shoreline from Ludington to North Holland.

My Story — Pamela Hoover, Owner & Founder
I grew up believing that hard work, honesty, and kindness could build something meaningful. In 2010, with a single cleaning caddy gifted by my grandmother — the first person who believed in my dream — I cleaned my first home under the name Pam And A Bucket.
What started as a way to support my small growing family at that time very quickly became a calling. My husband stood behind me as I grew from a one‑woman operation into a company serving four counties along the Lakeshore. Every step of the journey has been built on trust, community, and the belief that a clean home can bring comfort, dignity, and peace.
Today, Pam And A Bucket is more than a cleaning company. It’s a woman‑owned legacy built on resilience, compassion, and service. I’m proud of where we started, grateful for where we are, and excited for where we’re going.
