Are you insured and bonded? +

Yes, Pam And A Bucket is fully insured and bonded. All team members are background-checked and professionally trained.

What's included in a standard cleaning? +

Standard cleaning includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen cleaning (counters, sink, appliances), bathroom cleaning (toilet, tub, shower, sink, mirrors), and general tidying. Deep cleaning includes baseboards, inside appliances, window sills, and more detailed work.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning? +

No, you don't need to be home. Many of our clients provide us with a key or door code. We're fully insured and all team members are background-checked for your peace of mind.

How far in advance do I need to book? +

For recurring service, we recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance. For one-time or deep cleaning, we can often accommodate same-week requests depending on availability.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment? +

Yes, we understand plans change. We ask for 24-48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid any fees.

What to Expect

Will I have the same cleaning team each time? +

Yes! We assign a consistent crew to your home so they get to know your space and preferences. This ensures quality and builds trust over time.

How long does a cleaning take? +

Timing varies by home size and service type. A standard clean for a 3-bedroom home typically takes 2-3 hours. Deep cleans and larger homes take longer. We'll give you an estimate when you book.

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning? +

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're not happy with any part of our service, let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back to make it right at no additional charge.

Do you clean vacation rentals and Airbnbs? +

Yes! We specialize in vacation rental turnover cleaning with same-day service, linen management, and property inspection reports. We work with many Airbnb and VRBO hosts throughout West Michigan.

How do I pay for services? +
