We proudly serve Ludington, Pentwater, Mears, Hart, Shelby, New Era, Rothbury, Montague, Whitehall, North Muskegon, Muskegon, Norton Shores, Spring Lake, Ferrysburg, Grand Haven, West Olive, and the North Side of Holland, along with their surrounding areas in Ottawa Co, Muskegon Co, Oceana Co and Mason Co.

How It Works:

1. Schedule Your Pickup

Choose a pickup day that works for you. Leave your laundry bag outside or hand it to our driver — whatever’s easiest.

2. We Wash, Dry & Fold

Your laundry is cleaned with care by our professional team. Everything is washed, dried, neatly folded, and packaged for return.

3. Delivered Back to Your Door

Your fresh, clean laundry is returned within 24–48 hours (depending on volume and scheduling).

Pricing:

Basic Laundry – Starting at $1.50/lb

Includes wash, dry, fold, packaging, free pickup, and free delivery. 24-48 hour turnover time.

Large Items – $30 Each

Comforters, duvets, quilts, sleeping bags, heavy blankets etc. If you’re unsure whether something counts as a large item, just ask — we’re happy to help.

Express Laundry – Starting at $3.50/lb

Includes wash, dry, fold, packaging, free pickup and free delivery, but done faster. Same day/12-24 hour turnover depending on time order is placed and size of order.

Laundry Service FAQ's

Do you offer hang‑dry for delicate items?

Yes — we can hang‑dry delicate or “no‑heat” items.

Please place these pieces in a separate, clearly labeled bag so our team can identify them right away.

Hang‑dry items are returned folded unless otherwise requested. You must provide hangers if you’d like them returned on a hanger.

Do I need to sort my laundry?

It is helpful if you do sort your laundry but it isn’t necessary. We will sort your laundry.

We will separate lights, darks and delicates for you.

If you have anything that requires special care please have it bagged separately and note it when you book your service.

Is there an order minimum?

Yes — there is a $45 minimum for Wash‑Dry‑Fold service.

Orders under the minimum will be charged the minimum of $45.

This accounts for our time, supplies and travel.

How should I put my laundry out for pickup?

You can place your laundry in:

• A laundry basket
• A hamper
• A trash bag
• A reusable bag

Please make sure the bag is tied or closed so nothing spills during transport.

Set it on your porch, inside your entryway, or wherever you noted in your booking form.

Do You wash large items?

Yes — large items are $30 each.
This includes comforters, duvets, quilts, sleeping bags, and heavy blankets.

What items do you not accept?

To protect our team and equipment, we cannot accept:

• Dry‑clean‑only items
• Shoes
• Items from homes with active bug infestations
• Items contaminated with bodily fluids (urine, feces, blood, vomit)
• Items with excessive animal fur
• Hazardous or unsanitary materials

How fast is turnaround?

Most orders are returned within 24–48 hours, depending on volume and scheduling.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Yes. Pickup and delivery is FREE within our service area.

Do you provide laundry bags?

We return your laundry in the containers you provide or in clear bags.
