Tenant Move-Out Cleaning

Move-out cleaning is the most common service we provide for landlords. When a tenant vacates, the property needs to be returned to rentable condition before photos, showings, and the next tenant.

Our move-out service covers the full property at a deep-clean level:

• Refrigerator interior cleaned if unit-owned
• All cabinet interiors wiped out

• Grout scrubbed — particularly important in rentals where regular deep cleaning may not have happened

Optional Add-On: Carpet Cleaning Move-out carpet cleaning is one of the most common requests from landlords. We provide hot water extraction carpet cleaning as an add-on to move-out cleans at a combined rate.

Between-Lease Deep Cleaning

If your rental has good tenants who maintain the property reasonably well but it still needs more than a surface clean before re-listing, a between-lease deep clean bridges the gap. This is appropriate for:

• Properties where tenants were in residence for a year or more
• Rentals that showed well at move-in but have accumulated normal wear
• Properties where the previous cleaning service was inconsistent

Seasonal and Ongoing Service for Occupied Rentals

Some landlords provide professional cleaning as part of their lease — particularly for higher-end rentals or furnished properties. We provide recurring service for occupied rentals on whatever schedule works, with the same standard we bring to owner-occupied homes.
