We're hiring for both our North and South teams. Choose the location that works best for you.
Ludington to Whitehall
Serving the northern lakeshore communities, including Ludington, Pentwater, Hart, and Whitehall.
North Muskegon to North Holland
Serving the southern lakeshore communities, including Muskegon, Norton Shores, Grand Haven, and Holland.
The Role
What you'll be doing
As a cleaner with Pam And A Bucket, you'll maintain residential and commercial properties to our high standards. No two days are exactly alike, but here's what you can expect:

Daily Responsibilities
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Scrubbing kitchens and bathrooms to perfection
- Washing windows and mirrors
- Cleaning and restocking client spaces
- Folding linens and organizing
- Conducting quality checks on your work
- Maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies
- Following health and safety guidelines
Specialized Tasks (with training)
- Carpet cleaning and stain removal
- Tile and grout deep cleaning
- Strip and wax floor services
- Post-construction cleanup
What We Need
Basic requirements
Must Have
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license
- Own reliable transportation
- Clean background check
- Legally able to work in the US
- Willing to submit to drug testing
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable pushing vacuum cleaners
- Able to reach, stretch, and bend
- Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable working independently or in a team
Bonus Points
- Previous cleaning experience (but not required!)
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Customer service background
- Spanish language skills
- Passion for helping others
