Pam And A Bucket also volunteers our services to individuals suffering with Cancer treatments. If you have a heart for giving, so do we! Your time is compensated for the services we donate.
Seeking cleaners to perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties. Cleaner will be in charge of maintaining all public and private spaces to our standards. Duties will include scrubbing kitchens and bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, washing windows, cleaning carpets, folding linens, and other cleaning duties based on client needs. Attention to detail and a positive attitude are a must. Must be punctual, thorough – but fast, and eager to learn.
Must be 18+, valid drivers license, have your own reliable transportation. We also perform a background check on all of our employees.
- Reading and understanding our policies and handbook material.
- Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated property areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning etc).
- Conducting routine quality checks of your work.
- Completing special cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, tile and grout, strip & wax. (training will be provided.)
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
- Professional attitude with other team members.
- Incident reporting.
- Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products.
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets.
- Integrity.
- Legally able to work in the United States.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts.
- Ability to work well alone, or with a partner or team.
- Physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time.
- Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time.
- Clean Background, willingness to submit to drug testing.
$14.00/hr for probationary period, mileage reimbursement, raises up to $19/hr.
Sometimes clients tip but it’s never expected. Tips are yours to keep.

Our local cleaning service is part of a nationwide effort to help individuals who are suffering from cancer. We make it our duty to help those in their time of need. While our company does donate time and money, you will be compensated for your time helping these who are suffering.
