Refunds: If you’re not satisfied with a service, contact us, and we’ll work to resolve the issue. We do not offer refunds, but do guarantee our services. We will return to complete any work that you’re unsatisfied with free of charge, within the scope of the cleaning tier you chose, with a 24 hour notice after the services were completed.
